M&N LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate operational and dispatch-related information with drivers and other authorized participants.
Messages may include:
- Rate Run and job assignments
- Container and booking information
- Pickup and delivery locations
- Pickup dates and times
- Assignment acceptance or decline confirmations
- Pickup, delivery, and job completion confirmations
- Other operational and dispatch-related notifications
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided consent to receive text messages from M&N LLC through our approved enrollment or opt-in process.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on Rate Run assignments, dispatch activity, and driver responses.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply.
Driver SMS Notifications
M&N LLC drivers can opt in to receive SMS notifications related to dispatch and Rate Run assignments.

Messages may include Rate Run assignments, acceptance/decline requests, pickup notifications, delivery updates, and job completion notifications.
